We want you to love your Levi’s® purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the front of your package, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
